Shipping & Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you may return it as follows:
Notify our customer service group at 1-800-258-3313, email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the online store return process to notify us of your issue. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns for proper credit.
Products returned in their original unopened package within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, exchange or company credit. Defective product provided at least 75% remains, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or company credit only. Clearance items are not returnable.
Note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless we make a shipping error. You are responsible for shipping charges on return items.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Through our online store, we ship only within the 50 United States. We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but destinations outside the U.S. must be processed through our customer service group to assure all international regulations are abided by. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
**Caribbean Mist aerosols may ONLY ship via GROUND transport due to federal regulations on Dangerous Goods shipments.**
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
The orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.
Depending on the order type or quantity, sometimes we ship in 4-6 business days
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
